We excel at compound curved vanes in double shroud impellers. Impellers are difficult castings. Vane geometry makes core construction difficult. Thin shrouds and vanes don't feed the hub. Metal fluidity through thin sections can require hot temperatures that result in burn-in. We've been doing this a long time and know how to make the kind of parts you want. In partnership with Nielsen Enterprises, we use a special material to create the vane geometry in the core. The process results in smoother vane surfaces.
